I began my new schedule of 7-3 today. Work was unpleasant. I didn't feel very well, cramps and a big knot between my shoulders. Everyone else overslept and came in late, so the office was quiet till noon. Gus got through his homework before dinner. I went to Jenny's for a massage, picked up Jake's medicine at the osco. When I got home Watt and Gus had taken all the furniture out of the living room and vacuumed down to the floor.
