we got supper and played
cards till 8 P.M. then we went

A day of housekeeping at work. Resolving loose ends of things. Attending to some nagging tasks left to wallow on the "small and not urgent" list. Friday night pizza and movies with the boys. They only wanted video games. I rented "Memento" which I enjoyed immensely. At 11 I had to pry the video controller from Tucker's hands, his face glazed in a fierce absorption. Time for bed, my glowing one.
